Grass Species 

Each type of Grass Species has its own trait characteristics. Some of these traits are positive while others traits need to be monitor, maintained, and understood. Here are a few grass species in the tri-state area:

- Kentucky Blue Grass, Perennial Rye Grass, Fineleaf Fescue, and Tall Fescue

Soil Fertility 

When your dealing with fertilization your soil the main focus is nutrient release rates. Nutrients are meant to release at specific time frames. A strong balanced release nitrogen will provide a controlled rate of growth and color retention.  Are main focus is to provide a steady and responsible growth rate.

It is imperative to quickly diagnose any insect infestation. Certain infestations require specific and extensive treatment in order to quickly remedy rapid damage occurrence.

Seed Mixing 

New genetics in seed mixing are bred into released varieties for the best performance. The three main factors being;

- Color

- Resilience (Texture) 

- Drought Tolerance

- Disease Resistance

Watering Requirements

The main concern with watering is focused on irrigation systems. They need to be serviced routinely in order to make sure that the system is full functioning. Weather patterns can create diease development and improper irrigation can promote this issue further.
